Account Information: Your first name, last name, and email address when you create an account.
Usage Data: How you use features like study guides, word studies, and devotionals (stored as usage counters to enforce free-tier limits).
Purchase Information: Subscription status managed through Apple's App Store and RevenueCat. We do not store your payment details.
Content You Create: Notes, highlights, and prayer list entries you save within the app, stored securely in our database.

Third-Party Services

Supabase — Secure database and authentication
OpenAI — Powers AI-generated study content (your queries are sent to OpenAI to generate responses)
RevenueCat — Subscription and purchase management
ESV Bible API — Bible text delivery
Resend — Transactional email delivery

Data Retention and Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen within the app. Upon deletion, your account and all associated data are permanently removed from our systems.

Children's Privacy

Everyday Bible is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored securely.
